Rosemary “RO.” Fajardo

A multidisciplinary visual artist, certified energy healing yogi, and music lover — Ro loves to blend sound, storytelling, and wellness to create intentional content that connects no matter where we are in the world.

After realizing that they didn’t want to take the traditional Filipino-American path in medicine, they earned a B.A. in Multidisciplinary-Interdisciplinary Studies from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a focus on Film, Marketing, and Hospitality in 2015.

Through overcoming freelance burnout and their own mental/emotional health challenges, they founded Joy Soul Media to consistently amplify authentic voices and build a global community of thriving, conscious creators. With collaborations spanning across Vegas.com, Ghost Adventures, and Sofar Sounds, Ro brings a genuine energy to every co-creation.

Their current outlets for maintaining health & wellness include daily journaling, practicing yin/kundalini yoga, dancing to a DJ set and attending sound baths!

Outside of Joy Soul Media, you can find Ro expanding their DJ skills, drinking matcha at a cute local cafe, and taking care of people’s cats around the world 🐱

Kim Zascney Guiang

Kim is a nurse who seeks to reconnect with her creative side through her work with Joy Soul Media, driven by a passion for purposeful content. Blending her skills in social media management, content creation, and visual design, she brings both structure and storytelling into every project. Whether it’s curating content, managing flows, or researching with heart, she shows up with grounded energy and thoughtful presence.

A big believer in balance, she recharges through running, hiking, and rock climbing— a true outdoor junkie who finds her calm and bliss in nature.

Outside of Joy Soul Media, you’ll find her creating content about the food she loves and the cute cafés she visits, making little trinkets by sculpting with clay, crocheting, or perfecting the creamy swirl of her latest matcha obsession.

MIKO FORSYTH

Miko is a creative multitasker who loves being in the middle of things—ideas, systems, stories, and the people behind them. Finding joy in the behind the scenes of things: building out timelines, making sense of scattered notes, and turning big ideas into something real. At Joy Soul Media, she brings that energy into project management, creative flow, and behind-the-scenes support that lets the team move with clarity (and good vibes).

Miko keeps herself grounded through journaling, writing, traveling, quiet mornings by the beach, and meaningful conversations and connections with people.

Outside of Joy Soul Media, Miko’s usually doing something with her hands—experimenting with mixed media, scanning old textures, taking photographs, creating jewelry, or gloving under low light and good music.
